I'm Osian, founder of Kopa Marketing. I'm Welsh, based in Cardiff, and I've been building and selling businesses since 2017.
My earliest memories are on building sites, holding the end of a tape measure while my dad — the village architect and building surveyor — measured up someone's extension or conservatory. I'd watch him draw the plans by hand on tracing paper. I grew up surrounded by design, drawings, and the trades.
I never went into the trade myself, but that world is in my blood. It's why I care so much about the people I now build systems for. Trades and builders are the backbone of every community — and they deserve marketing that's as honest and well-built as the work they do.
Before Kopa, I built two e-commerce brands, then Antur Supply Co — a Welsh outdoor product brand I grew and sold. Along the way I learned how to build products, grow communities, and market — the exact skills I now put to work for trade and construction businesses through Kopa.
I founded Kopa in 2019. Since then I've helped over 150 businesses grow. Everything I've learned is now built into The Kopa System — simple, done-for-you tools that capture every enquiry, follow up automatically, and turn finished jobs into 5-star reviews and repeat work.
