I'm Osian, founder of Kopa. Growing up, I was around building and construction — my dad was a surveyor and draftsman. I learned early that trades are built on relationships, reputation, and showing up. That lesson stuck with me.
I've spent 7 years building businesses and managing digital marketing. I've built multiple businesses from scratch — including a performance clothing brand that grew to 100k+ followers organically, and raised £67,000 on Kickstarter. I've managed £12 million in ad spend, generated 30,000+ leads, and helped 150+ companies grow.
A good portion of those have been trade businesses — mixed in with ecommerce, SaaS, and services. But now I'm pivoting Kopa entirely to focus on trades. Not because I'm abandoning what I've built — but because I see the need, I genuinely enjoy it more, and it's the perfect blend. I get to connect my early career working around construction with all the marketing skills I've gathered over the years.
